instruction to flash CM12.1:

1. You must be on Kitkat (any) base. 
2. Use CTR ,TWRP or Phliz Or any recovery
   3.If you are already in a previous version.
3. Boot into recovery and choose clean to install a new ROM.
4. Now select Install zip and browse to the location where you have cm-12.1-*-UNOFFICIAL.zip and install it (Don’t flash gapps).
5. Reboot/Boot up the device.
6. Reboot and enjoy!
