  • I am android enthusiast quite happy to share my own build of BlissPop with the XDA community. I thought it would be a nice breath of fresh air in environment polluted with all those cooked Lollipop TW roms. I have successfully built other roms from source for my private use. All of them were available as nightlies or previews, officially supported by the devs (Slim, CM, AICP, Vanir, etc), so there was no need for me to post separate thread.
  • Why Bliss? I was very impressed by its speed and stability. And the fact that for the first time I have built a rom that is not officially supported for our device. I like the cool dark look as well.

  • About You
  • I am not a developer, just a wannabe and this is me doing rom for my personal use and sharing it with you guys. All props to Team Bliss. If you do not like it, thanks for trying and good luck elsewhere. There are much better supported roms out there. If you have nice feature from other rom, please give me a source (git, gerrit) and I may consider it. But I will not deviate too much from the original as I think it is already very feature-packed.

[ROM] [MT6582] [5.1.1_r34] Temasek's Unofficial Cyanogenmod 12.1 [build-V18.9]

This is the unofficial thread for all current and future unofficial builds of CM12.1; source-worked by @temasek, built to MediaTek MT6582 by @Rohan Taneja. Please report any bugs or issues that you see; when applicable, please follow the bug reporting format found in post #3. Download links, changelogs and other important information can be found in post #2. Thank you.

The lastest version PhilZ Touch 6.59.x recovery is recommended.

Clean Installation
1. Download the appropriate ROM using links provide in the second post.
2. Download the appropriate GApps following the links in the second post.
3. Back up any and all important data.
5. WIPE DALVIK/CACHE/DATA/FACTORY RESET.
6. WIPE SYSTEM.
7. Flash the ROM in recovery.
7.1. DO NOT FIX PERMISSIONS AFTER FLASHING, doing so will cause a bootloop.
8. Flash the GApps.
9. WIPE DALVIK/CACHE (for good measure).
10. Reboot Device.

This guide will work on MT6572, MT6582, MT6577, MT6589, MT6592. MT6571 and it will also work on other variants of the above chipsets such as MT6582M, MT6589T, MT6592M and so on

u need thise tools
- CarlivImage Kitchen : This is needed to unpack and repack the recovery (it will unpack any type of recovery)

- Stock boot.img and recovery.img
- A little time and patience

- Carliv Touch Recovery (Download the recovery for your resolution)

important  sure the resolution and chipset matches

How To :
Rename stock recovery.img to stock_recovery.img and port recovery.img as port-recovery.img
- Just drag the recoveries in the .bat file in CarlivImage Kitchen and it will unpack them.
